Essential qualities and skills c Experiences in the field of control systems and energy industry c Technical skills – orientation in PLC, HW, SW, generators, engines, electrical power installation, electronics c Client oriented and goalseeking approach c Master degree in Electrotechnical engineering (or related specialization) c Language skills (fluent English as a must, other languages as an advantage) c Communication capabilities and empathy c Activity and willingness to learn and travel Product Specialist in R&D Department Job Functions c Processing the business requirements into functional requirements to create detail technical specification c Managing product design, project development (in given time, scope and budget) and testing c Participation on product maintenance and documentation activities c Product validation and presentation to the client c Providing technical support to Marketing and Sales to solve an issue c Searching and investigation of new technologies and technical opportunities in particular area based on specialization Job functions c Power generation: • Technical support for a range of configurable gen-set controllers and their accessories in various applications in the power generation industry • Technical support to end customers and distributors on regular basis (e-mail/phone/on-site) • Every day solving, investigating and troubleshooting issues using simulators or gen-sets • Troubleshooting, installations and commissioning on-site • Cooperation with product managers (on product developing), area sales managers and R&D team • Providing training and presentations for customers • Improvement of existing documentation based on customer’s feedback c Drive: • Technical support for combustion engine controllers and their accessories in various applications in the drive industry (compressors, pumps, marine, etc.) • Technical support to distributors and end customers on regular basis (e-mail/phone/on-site) • Every day solving, investigating and troubleshooting issues • Close cooperation with R&D (Prototype verification tests) • Finding suitable products and solution for application according customer needs • Providing trainings and presentations for customers • Creation of technical documentation (manuals, technical diagrams etc.) Technical Support Engineer – Power Generation/Drive Essential qualities and skills c Experience in energy and/or automation industry and/or technical support as an advantage c For power generation: Education in Electrotechnical engineering (or related specialization) c For drive: Education in Electro technical engineering, knowledge of combustion engines controls c Advanced English, other languages as an advantage c Client oriented and goal seeking approach c Proactive approach, Self-reliance, Responsibility c Willingness to learn and travel
